How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for yarn and accessories?
We offer a 100-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that digital patterns are non-refundable.
Are the colors on the website accurate to the physical product?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible; however, please note that different monitors and screen settings may cause slight variations in color perception.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, we can only make changes or cancellations within 30 minutes of order placement.
